1. Introduction

Welcome to AccProOne. By accessing AccProOne.com and using our services for directors and chief executives, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging with our offerings.

2. Services and Deliverables

AccProOne provides accounting management, corporate oversight, and advisory assistance to directors and chief executives. All services are tailored to legal compliance, record keeping, and reporting needs.

3. Access and Use

Users must provide accurate information when engaging our offerings. Unauthorized use or sharing of materials is prohibited.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Swiss francs and are due as specified on our site or proposal. Payment methods are detailed at checkout. Overdue balances may incur administrative charges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction. Please review the policy that applies to your purchase category:

5.1 Services

• Clients may request a reimbursed amount for service fees if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery.
• A scheduling change may be made up to 24 hours prior to the session at no extra charge.
• If notice is given less than 48 hours before the session, no reimbursed amount is available due to preparatory work.

5.2 Info Products

• For digital guides, recorded sessions, or online workshops, customers may request a reimbursed amount within 7 days of first access, provided no more than 10% of the material has been reviewed.
• After the 7-day window or exceeding the usage threshold, requests cannot be honored.

5.3 Goods

• If a physical item is damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a fully reimbursed amount of the product cost.
• Clients must ship back items to our address below; shipping expenses are not reimbursed unless the defect is confirmed as our responsibility.
• Custom or made-to-order goods are final sale and not eligible for a reimbursed amount due to bespoke preparation.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by AccProOne, including templates, guides, and methodologies, are owned by AccProOne and protected by applicable laws. No portion may be reproduced without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AccProOne’s total liability related to any service or product shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that service or product.

8. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on AccProOne.com. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Geneva.
